Refund Policy for ALA Memberships
The Association of Licensed Architects (ALA) is committed to providing valuable membership experiences and benefits to our members. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to address membership fee refund requests.
Eligibility for Refunds:
New Memberships:
Refund requests for new memberships must be submitted within 48 hours of the membership start date.
A full refund of the membership fee will be issued if the request is received within this period.
Requests made after 48 hours from the start date are not eligible for a refund.
Membership Renewals:
Refund requests for membership renewals must be submitted within 48 hours of the renewal date.
